Gradient Technology is a Small Business incorporated in 1996. Our primary business is to develop processes and construct equipment solutions for the safe production or demilitarization of military munitions and energetic compounds. Our corporate headquarters, engineering office, explosives laboratory, and equipment fabrication and integration facility is located in Elk River, MN.
We also maintain a field operations workforce located at NSA-Crane, Indiana. Our technical personnel are highly trained in the areas of chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, controls automation and programming, equipment field installation and testing, production operations and support, high-hazard environments, hazardous waste management, environmental permitting, safety and hazards analyses, and project management.
During our 20+ years of service to the Defense Industry, Gradient Technology has continuously worked as either a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor on R&D-level and Production-level military contracts.
