My on-site machine is well setup to do most any project. What does this mean to you? You don't need a 30 page requirements document, napkin sketches are fine. Most customers show me the print and say it needs to do this. Other customers don't know what they need. In this case, I can come in, observe the process, equipment or operators and help determine what needs to be done/changed/improved.
Attention to detail, knowledge of the industry, a history of well designed equipment and fast response time.
