Chris Moher has been with Hoffman since 2003. He began his career providing IT solutions to small businesses. Chris has held several positions within Hoffman and is currently VP of Operations. Chris leads the Business Improvement Team and has significant experience in managing business process and flow efficiency. Chris holds a secret clearance and is Hoffman's FSO.

Jim DeLancey has been with Hoffman since 1982 in Hoffman's Laboratory assisting in the development of Hoffman's Night Vision Test Equipment and photometric and radiometric testing. Jim has held several positions within Hoffman, eventually serving as Laboratory Manager from 1989 to 2007. In 2007, Jim started managing Hoffman's sales department. In his current role as Vice President of Night Vision Test Equipment, he is responsible for strategic planning and new product development for the Test Equipment department.

Jim is a board member of the National Association of Night Vision Manufactures; SAE International and ALEA. Jim has a degree in Electrical Technology.
