The facility encompasses 65,000 square feet, and is ideally situated 2 minutes from I-95, halfway between Hartford and New Haven.

Our fabrication process starts with the use of precision cut commercial quality sheet and coiled steel (CRS).
Our fabrication department is equipped with high speed punch presses, high speed turret punch presses, and CNC forming stations.
Our press room is divided into three distance sections, all with the focus on Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), by virtue of their redundancies.
Our prototyping/small production area consists of three separate 22 station Wiedemann Turret Punch Presses with Fanuc CNC controls.
Powder coating is the finish of choice at Lee Manufacturing.
The powder used in our process is a mixture of finely ground particles of pigment and resin which is electrostatically sprayed onto the surface to be coated.
The charged powder particles adhere to the grounded surface until the powder is heated and fused into a smooth coating in the curing oven.
The result is a uniform, durable high quality finish that is more resistant to chipping, scratching and fading than other finishes.
Powder coating is also highly protective of our environment.
Once your part is completed, we can ship the product immediately, or hold the product at our location for shipment at a later date.
Our larger orders normally ship via one of our numerous partnered worldwide carriers that we have negotiated favorable discounts with, and include truck, air or rail for or domestic shipments, and truck, air or cargo ship for our international shipments.
Or if you prefer, we could coordinate with your company's logistics manager and utilize a carrier of your choice.
