It has continually served the Westmoreland County and surrounding areas since that time, although several partners have joined and left the organization until it evolved into its present state as Benchmark Engineering & Construction Company, Inc. We are licensed to conduct engineering business in Pennsylvania, Ohio, West Virginia, and New York; and surveying in Pennsylvania.
Membership in the National, State, and Local Society of Professional Engineers, the American Society of Civil Engineers, Construction Specifications Institute, and Professional Engineers in Private Practice, enable us to keep abreast of current activities in both technical and political areas.
