Prior to entering into private practice in 2000, Mr. Lilienfeld was Vice President of Energy Services at Commercial Utility Consultants, Inc., the pre-eminent utility cost consulting company in the region.
During his five year tenure at CUC, he worked with CUC's clients in identifying utility cost reduction oportunities such as bill and rate analysis, alternate electric supplier selection, energy-efficient equipment evaluation, equipment studies, and related services.
From 1978 through 1995, Mr. Lilienfeld was employed at Pennsylvania Power & Light Company (Now PPL Utilities), where he progressed through a number of positions of increasing responsibility in the Industrial and Commercial Conservation Services and Marketing Departments.
