Services
Tri-State's Phase I Environmental Site Assessment is designed to meet all the requirements of the ASTM Standard for Commercial Property Site Assessments, and to satisfy one of the requirements to establish the Innocent Landowner Defense for protection against CERCLA liability.
If you or your lending institution has specific enviromnental requirements, Tri-State will incorporate these requirements into the Phase I Report (including Freddie Mac & Fannie Mae requirements).
If a Phase II is required, site specific testing will be performed based on the findings of our Phase I Report, or the lending institution's requirements.
