Since 1998, RED-INC has provided top level Research, Engineering, and Development services for military weapons systems and warfighter solutions. Our expertise in all areas of performance and integration, coupled with a broad knowledge of human technology, establishes us as a leader in the field of conventional and irregular warfare operations. We're able to identify, adapt, and integrate your requirements for any program rapidly, effectively, and cost efficiently.

The most important link in achieving mission success has always been the human element. Even as technology changes the way wars are waged, conventional warfighters and special operators remain an integral part of the solution. RED-INC understands that Human Systems Integration (HSI) is a critical component of any warfare scheme and remains our focus within all projects.

RED-INC employs renowned experts and former military operators with specific and relevant mission experience from a variety of fields. That makes us a valuable resource for DoD customers and contractors alike.
Services
Research and Engineering Development, LLC (RED-INC) was founded in 1998 to provide engineering expertise in support of NAVAIR requirements for Human Systems Engineering (HSE) and Human Systems Integration (HSI).
RED-INC engineering expertise focuses on the human-in-the-loop and the operator's ability to perform mission functions utilizing the technological capabilities of the underlying systems across all aviation platforms in USN/USMC inventory.
RED-INC was acquired in 2010 by existing Management and Investors and has since expanded the Company's capabilities from traditional conventional aircraft platform support to include an emphasis on unconventional requirements including Unmanned Platforms, Rapid Reaction/Rapid Prototyping, Irregular Warfare/Intelligence and National Security (IW/INS).
Listed below are the variety of benefits RED-INC provides to help meet the needs of all employees.
Several are fully paid for by the company.
Benefits may vary slightly depending on employment status and geographic location of employees.
RED-INC offers medical, dental and vision coverage to its eligible, full-time employees.
A flexible plan design affords employees the opportunity to select the right combination of benefits and coverage to suit their needs.
RED-INC pays a generous portion of the premiums.
Human considerations are a top priority in system design and implementation.
The operator of that system remains the most important component.
Our continued focus on the operator forms the backbone of our Human Systems Integration (HSI) Division.
That means enhanced system performance and reduced life cycle costs to our valued customers.
RED-INC provides HSI engineering and program support, specializing in design and integration for optimal warfighter performance.
Our capabilities in Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation (RDT&E) of complicated military systems are well recognized.
Irregular warfare (IW) is defined by the Department of Defense as a violent struggle among state and not-state actors for legitimacy and influence over the relevant populations.
IW favors indirect and asymmetrical approaches, though it may employ the full range of military and other capabilities, in order to erode an adversary's power, influence, and will.
This type of warfare demands creative, out-of-box solutions to conditions that never existed until recently.
Along with our military and civilian partners, RED-INC develops progressive and flexible products to support Irregular Warfare within the evolving battlefield environment.
