Toal Engineering, Inc. is a Civil Engineering and Land Surveying firm engaged in providing services for construction of site improvements for land development projects, from initial concept through completion of construction. It is rarely prepared as an end in itself.
Rather, it is generally used as a basis for land planning and design of improvements.

Toal Engineering participated in the renovation of the historic commercial site, which included construction of a two-level parking garage with second-story offices, improvements to the existing street frontage and the alley splitting the site, public and private drainage system improvements, stormwater treatment devices, public and private fire system improvements, new site hardscape improvements, and careful renovation of the existing buildings in compliance with the Secretary of the Interior's specifications for historic structures.
