Jim graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Irvine in 1993. He was licensed as a Registered Civil Engineer #55928 in 1996. He established JRN Civil Engineers, Inc. in 1997. Jim has worked exclusively in the ALTA Title Survey mapping and research field since 1993 and the Telecom field since 2007.
Jeff was licensed as a Land Surveyor # 6379 in 1990. Jeff has been working exclusively in the ALTA Title Survey mapping and research field since 2004.
