Ms. Moran is an experienced, Professionally Licensed Senior Railroad/Transit Signal Engineer with more than twenty four years of rail signaling experience.
Ms. Moran started her career as a Signal Engineer for the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA) where she gained diversified experience and knowledge in signaling, including incident investigation, maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, and commissioning new and modified systems.
In an effort to expand her experience she left the MBTA in 1994 and went to work in the railroad/transit consulting industry.
