Birger Engineering, Inc. was founded in 1999 by Erik Widding. Widding is a 1996 graduate of the School of Engineering and Applied Science at the University of Pennsylvania. Widding is a life long amateur photographer, with academic interests in compression and machine vision. Prior to founding Birger, Widding was employed by Polaroid as an ASIC designer in the Consumer Digital Camera group, and as a Test Equipment Design Engineer at IBM Essex Junction.

While this version for the RED One camera, is now discontinued and sold out, we do support this level of capability with our OEM Canon EF adapter.

Unless that camera is a RED ONE, the answer is no.
The PL mount is removed from the RED ONE camera, to be able to install the EF-Mount, so this is not a generic EF to PL adapter.
It can not be easily adapted to the Sony PMW-F3, RED Epic/Scarlet, ARRI ALEXA, Canon C300, etc. Birger offers many different lens adapters customized for many different industrial and scientific cameras.

Birger a supporting member of Micro Four-Thirds consortium, and plans to release both a Canon-EF to Micro Four-Thirds lens adapter, as well as a Micro Four-Thirds lens mount/controller for camera OEMs.
