Angus Norman Murray is added to the firm bringing with him an extensive background that included construction engineering, the position of Assistant Regional Director of the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation, and General Manager and Chief Engineer of the State Reclamation Board.

Through long-standing relationships with our clients and repeated applications in their watersheds and systems and with their projects, we have gained significant historical knowledge and experience.
Our role entails supporting regulatory compliance and developing analytical products and studies to support the flood management initiatives of our clients.

In this work, we act as a public representative and provide consulting engineering service to 27 Sacramento/San Joaquin Delta and Suisun Marsh Reclamation Districts in regard to levee maintenance and rehabilitation.
The role of District Engineer includes assistance with all engineering activities in regard to the levees and drainage facilities operated and maintained by the reclamation district and its landowner.
In this work, we act as a public representative and provide consulting engineering service to 27 Sacramento/San Joaquin Delta and Suisun Marsh Reclamation Districts in regard to levee maintenance and rehabilitation.
