David worked with Tucson Water for 15 years and decided to expand his Civil Engineering expertise and began working for Civil Engineering firms performing private land development including commercial box stores.
David moved to Sacramento in 2005 and for 5 years worked on flood control projects including the Natomas Levee Improvement Program and The City of St Helena Flood Control Project Along the Napa River & Sulphur Creek.
David worked with Tucson Water for 15 years and decided to expand his Civil Engineering expertise and began working for Civil Engineering firms performing private land development including commercial box stores.
