Haynie Consulting, Inc. specializes in civil engineering, land surveying services and construction observation for site development engineering, street and drainage, and water/wastewater utilities and utility relocation for both private land development and for municipalities. With our in-house land surveying services (including GPS capabilities) we have created an electronic loop of design-field that allows for faster exchange of data with greater accuracy.
Our Mission Statement is "Provide the client with the specific professional service to accomplish their development needs and design facilities to meet the Owner's needs in the most efficient way." We strike to listen to our clients and incorporate those ideas into each project.
Our business plan is to continually refine our engineering/surveying organization to accomplish the design needs of the client through our vertical organizational structure specializing in field survey, design and construction management of land development and municipal projects including roads/street/highways, drainage structures, water and wastewater facilities and parks and recreational facilities.
