Grady received a Bachelor of Arts in Architectural Studies from the University of Kansas in 1996 and a Master of Business Administration from Washburn University in 2004.

The newly renovated building provided the company with 78,000 square feet, offering the company additional space for future growth.
Certus engineers provided the structural system design of a 15,958 square foot dining facility and four story, 94,200 square foot, 350 bed student residence hall to be constructed at Washburn University in Topeka, Kansas.
Construction is underway on the east side of the Washburn campus for suite-style student rooms with shared common living space and dining hall.
