He has over 35 years of experience in design and management of civil engineering projects, including streets/ roadways, water distribution and treatment facilities, wastewater collection and treatment facilities, and land development.
Mr. Navarro is a professional engineer in the states of Pennsylvania, Maryland, Ohio, New York, Virginia, Delaware, New Jersey and Florida and has served as primary contact for numerous public, private and institutional clients.
