Today our firm has grown to provide a comprehensive range of zoning, land planning, surveying, engineering and environmental services. Our firm specializes in surveying, land development, highway engineering and municipal projects. Shelly, Witter & Fox is pleased to announce that we are relocating our Greencastle, PA office.

Although he retired after a career spanning more than forty years in the surveying and engineering business, he remained licensed as a Professional Surveyor in MD, PA, and WV well into his retirement years.
Mr. Charles co-founded Fox & Associates, Inc. after gaining 20 years of professional experience in the surveying business.
He worked directly with Mr. Fox for the 16 years prior in various capacities at Baker-Wibberly & Associates, Inc. and on numerous projects when working for J. B. Ferguson Company while Mr. Fox worked at Potomac Edison.
