Steve joined Harbor in 2003. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Landscape Architecture from West Virginia University. Steve is responsible for client and project management on a wide variety of land development and stormwater management projects. He is a member of the Chiques Creek Watershed Alliance. Kent joined Harbor in 2002.
He received an Associates degree in Architectural Technology from the Pennsylvania College of Technology and a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from Shippensburg University.Kent's responsibilities include the technical design for projects involving stormwater management, subdivision & land development, erosion & sediment control, roadway and PennDOT design.
Amanda joined Harbor in 2014. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Virginia Tech. Amanda has over nine years of experience in the practice of civil engineering with a focus in land development and stormwater management. Amanda's responsibilities include site planning, erosion and sedimentation control design and stormwater management.
