CIC has a 18,000 square foot facility located on 2.5 acres. CIC employs Engineers, Electricians, Technicians, Millwrights, Welders, and Machine Builders. CIC Engineering has been the preferred Electrical Engineering provider at Mitsubishi Motors Manufacturing in Normal.

The EMCP 4.4 simulator was designed to provide a way to demonstrate some of the capabilities of Caterpillar's EMCP 4.4 control.
The simulator produces a 3-phase waveform to simulate the generator's output voltage.
These waveforms are connected to the EMCP's generator and bus voltage input pins.
