I started with ED&D in 1994 and have learned multiple manufacturing techniques from numerous expert machinists employed by the company over my years of service.
My favorite machines to run would be the manuals because there is so much skill that has to be learned in order to make that perfect part.
After 10 years I moved on to inspections and then management and now my roll as Director of Purchasing and customer service liaison.
