His expertise is broad and covers most aspects of civil engineering design and construction.
Troy Williams is the Senior Vice President of Survey at Hurt & Proffitt and has risen progressively through the ranks of the survey department as his years of experience accrued.
Throughout his career he has coordinated and managed many large scale geodetic mapping projects for road and utility design and has built and maintained relationships with clients that have been strengthened with time and successful projects.
His expertise is broad and covers most aspects of civil engineering design and construction.
