Lynn and Amy both started their career working for Meijer and NASA.

With over 35 years of experience we are committed to providing the technical expertise needed for a successful project and ongoing relationship with the client. Both Amy and Lynn are actively involved in and have served as officers with the Illumination Engineering Society, the Society of Women Engineers, the Dark Sky Association and the U.S. Green Building Council.
They are also both active with Girl Scouts and their church.

Lynn began her career working for the Naval Surface Warfare Center and then NASA Goddard Spaceflight Center working on a variety of remodel projects for labs, computer rooms, offices, and spaces requiring secret security clearance.
She has worked on a variety of LEED projects certified at different levels.
Her lighting design talents allows her to provide lighting solutions meeting the architects and owners needs while adhering to today's stringent energy codes.

Mike is a 2001 graduate of Lake Superior State University with a B.S.E.E.
Mike began his career at Design Plus working with Lynn & Amy working on a variety of projects from higher education to manufacturing.
He has 20+ years of experience and 5 of those were with Buist Electric where his work experience was enhanced by working side by side on the job with the electrical contractor.
