Green Hill Engineering provides perc testing, septic system design, site plans, wetland delineation and permitting in Central and Western Massachusetts. For the past 15 years we have been providing high quality services to homeowners, builders and developers. Services
Title 5, the Massachusetts law that regulates septic systems, requires that a perc test and a thorough soil evaluation be performed prior to designing a new septic system or repairing an existing one.
Our state of the art Geographic Information System (GIS) helps us to better assess your site prior to arriving.
Under certain conditions, to determine the perc rate when the soil is too wet to perc, the State of Massachusetts allows soil to be tested in a soil lab.
This policy is permitted for repairs only, and can be a useful tool for completing projects year round.
