Michael Borselli possesses over 20 years of experience in civil engineering and related disciplines, beginning as a field engineer while a student at the University of Lowell. Mike joined Cape Cod's Holmes & McGrath, Incorporated after the attainment of his Bachelor of Science degree in 1983. Beginning as junior engineer/ draftsperson, he quickly achieved the position of Project Manager.
And by 1990, his role at the company grew to Vice President of Civil Engineering/Partner - a position he held for 12 years. During his 18-year tenure at Holmes and McGrath, Mike's responsibilities included the drafting of site plans, soil testing, surveying, supervisory duties, the implementation of presentations to town boards and agencies, the design of large scale commercial site plans, client relations and overall project management.
Mike started Falmouth Engineering, Inc. in January of 2002 and quickly positioned the company as an industry leader in southeastern Massachusetts and Cape Cod. As President, Mike is the lead design engineer and is responsible for all affiliated duties, along with the management and supervision of staff.
