Ray Schlotfeldt began Schlotfeldt Engineering, Inc. in Webster City, Iowa in 1973. Since then the company has grown to include offices in Fort Dodge, Iowa, LeMars, Iowa and Beresford, South Dakota. 2013 marked our 40th year of providing much needed services to our clients.
Much has changed in those years from our beginning but our drive to provide quality work has never wavered. These partners are Wayne Schlotfeldt and Patrick Bickett, and have a combined 50 years of experience with the firm.
Having been with Schlotfeldt Engineering since 1984, Wayne's experience includes all facets of civil engineering design and he is in charge of special inspections and structural engineering.
Projects that Wayne has been involved in have included those with basic needs to those that are very complex and demanding.

Candidate should have passed the graduate engineer test and have the ability to be registered in Iowa and South Dakota.
A 2-year technical degree and/or experience in engineering, surveying, drafting or construction is preferred.
