Wilhelm, P.E. has served as President of Pickering, Corts & Summerson since 2011. Mr. Wilhelm is involved in all aspects of the firm, and has over 30 years of experience in the structural design and inspection of bridges.
He is a graduate of Drexel University with a B.S. in Civil Engineering and is a registered Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, New York, and West Virginia. John is an active member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) and the American Society of Highway Engineers (ASHE). James "Jim" White serves as Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Pickering, Corts & Summerson, overseeing the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the company.
Jim has been with PCS for over 25 years and is a member of our Board of Directors. He is a PennDOT Certified Bridge Safety Inspector, and is responsible for the administration of all National Bridge Inspection Standards (NBIS) Inspection Agreements.
