John graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering in 1971.
He holds professional licenses in the state of Ohio in both Engineering and Surveying.
John is an active member of many professional and community organizations including, American Society of Professional Engineers, Professional Land Surveyors of Ohio, National Society of Professional Engineers, National Society of Professional Surveyors, The Ohio State Alumni Club of Erie County and the Sandusky Library Association Board of Directors.
