With large company capabilities and small company accessibility, our civil Engineers, Scientists, and Planners keep our client's satisfaction as their top priority. EEC provided civil engineering design services for the renovation of the original Virginian Railway Passenger Station in Roanoke, Virginia. EEC worked closely with Spectrum Design, PC for project management. EEC provided civil and environmental engineering design services for the expansion of an existing 765kV substation in Wyoming County, West Virginia. Given site spacing restraints, two soil nail and shotcrete retaining walls are planned for construction to provide adequate expansion capabilities for the substation.

Services consisted of site plan layout and design, grading, erosion and sediment control, stormwater management, SWPPP permitting, and wetland and stream delineation and permitting.
