The practice was started in a small building in Torrance, CA by Reuben Vollmer in 1970.
Initial practice was in the area of failure analysis, test and design evaluation, stress analysis and accident reconstruction.
Our new building located in Signal Hill, California features 10,000 square feet of office, state of art laboratory, testing, shop and evidence (including vehicle) storage space.
