Robinson & Sawyer, Inc. provided plans for a new self-storage facility at the intersection of Gaston Day School Rd. and Hoffman Rd. in Gastonia.
The plans for the new 34,000 sf, two-story facility included new utility services, stormwater quality and detention basins, and a small parking lot.
A public water line exension was also required to provide water service to the site.
Site plans provided by Robinson & Sawyer, Inc. for a new building on the current site included a significant extension to the existing parking lot as well as new storm drainage.
