F.B.C Plans & Engineering Service, Inc. evolved from Pasco Permit Service which began operating in 1999 in Pasco County, Florida. The purpose was to help Contractors and Homeowners navigate the increasingly complicated permitting process and provide the required engineered plans at a reasonable price. We have a host of independent draftsmen to handle all types of plans, both small and large.
Our engineer has developed a system for plans which enables us to get your project done quickly, economically and always to Florida Building Code Standards, specific to your wind zone. Another service we are known for is helping with permit violations. We have drawn many plans of already-built structures with information on retrofitting to meet codes when necessary.
