Boggs Engineering was founded in 2004 to provide consulting and engineering services for developing commercial and residential lands throughout Florida.
Our staff has, over our professional lives, provided services for many different types of projects throughout the state and has developed lasting relationships with our clients and regulatory agency staffs.
We believe that our clients need to trust and have confidence in the professionals that are designing their projects.
This trust is developed by building a relationship and understanding the clients' needs to enable us to design a project that meets the client's objective.

Boggs Engineering provides a continuum of Engineering Services ranging from concept and evaluation through development.
Services include client representation, budgeting and scheduling, due diligence, site investigations, inspections and certifications, feasibility studies, limited species assessments, wetland delineations, conceptual plans, comp plan, land use amendments, rezoning, expert witness, preliminary engineering, preliminary and final site design, permitting, permit representation and negotiation, mitigation, monitoring and maintenance, construction management, client representation, and project management.

Boggs Engineering professionals can provide you with potential construction, permitting, and financial requirements for a potential project for you to make the determination if it a project that you want to pursue.
We contact the jurisdictional agencies, review the development codes applicable to your project, assemble the required permits, determine any required zoning issues, identify any obvious variances that are required, assemble the permitting and impact fees required, develop an estimated timeline for the project, etc. in order to prepare a document that you can use in the evaluation of a potential project.
