Jones-Heroy and Associates (JHA) was founded in Hutto, Texas in 2003 by Mr. Sam Jones following a 28-year career at the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality and its predecessor agencies.
The original office relocated to the Austin area in 2008-2009 with the addition of Mr. Ken Heroy as a corporate partner and Vice President.
Mr. Ken Heroy manages our Austin office, which provides professional engineering services to water districts throughout Texas.
Mr. Heroy took on the role of Corporate President in 2015, when Mr. Sam Jones retired.
