Dobson & Forman
Since 1954, Gwin, Dobson & Foreman has cultivated company-wide values that pave the way for the success of all projects, large and small. The GD&F team encompasses dedicated personnel with impeccable qualifications that include experts with advanced specialized degrees and certifications; invaluable on-the-job experience; and an appreciation for integrating today's technology with practical outcomes.

GD&F's impressive work portfolio spans the spectrum of engineering disciplines, including a wide range of successful infrastructure, civil, and environmental projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. Part of a $65 million effort to comply with Chesapeake Bay nutrient limits, the project represents a tech-forward method of biological nutrient removal.

An innovative hybrid process was designed for removing nutrients in a highly variable, wet-weather and seasonal environment. Major sustainability factors included use of existing plant resources and tankage, reduced power and chemical consumption and with effluent nutrient levels well below permitted discharge standards.
