FM 529 Office Warehouses is a 12 acre project on FM 529, Katy, TX where we designed a development consisting of 11 warehouses and approximately 48,000 square feet of retail space.
RSG Engineering completed the architectural, structural, MEP, and civil design on this project.
Multiple organizations' approvals were required to receive the permit and initiate the construction on this project.
