Aufbau provided construction observation and construction management support services towards the development and conversion of the second floor shell space of Paul A. Biane Library at Victoria Gardens into additional programmable space for the Library.

The park was funded by a $3.9 million Proposition 84 Grant, administered through the Grants and Local Services division of the State Department of Parks and Recreation.
The park provides a full-size basketball court, a skate spot for beginners, an outdoor exercise area, a restroom building, a trash enclosure and storage building, a trellis structure, two playground areas, water misters/ features, a pedestrian bridge, and other amenities.
