Byer Geotechnical is working with our longtime client, The McGregor Company, on the One Santa Fe project located in downtown Los Angeles, east of Santa Fe Avenue, north of 4th Street, and south of 1st Street.
The mixed-use project includes one level of subterranean garage pictured above, and six floors of mixed-use, including retail, live/work areas, commercial, and apartments.
Pictured are the pad footings for the columns and the strip footing for the basement wall.
Completion is projected for 2014.
