Commonwealth Engineers, Inc., was responsible for the preparation of an eighty (80) acre industrial park which currently includes Keystone Foods, a 200,000 square foot regional distribution center for McDonald's restaurants, a National Guard readiness center, and a mixed use office/warehouse building.
As part of the project, we worked with PA American Water Company and the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protected to expand the Coatesville Wastewater Treatment Plant, allowing the project to proceed to completion.
