All of our engineers have Professional Engineering (P.E.) certifications, including B.S. or M.S. degrees in engineering, and have collectively worked in this industry for over 60 years.
Along with new design, John has considerable experience with faade, fire damage and, historic restoration, waterproofing, and foundation repairs among others.

Society Hill Towers is a three tower complex located in downtown Philadelphia (Society Hill) originally designed by I. M. Pei.
Each 29 story tower houses condominium units; in the middle of the Towers is a +20,000 gallon concrete fountain.
Below the fountain is a below grade parking garage.
The complex also includes a shopping center.
SDA performed swing stage site inspections to replace all window sealants for the three high rise buildings.
SDA provided construction documents, specifications, and bid forms to replace the faade and window sealants during the winter season.
