Tutela Engineering Associates, Inc. (TEA) was established in April of 1982 and has been providing professional engineering services on a wide range of projects to numerous municipal, State and private clients throughout New England since the firms inception. Our engineering staff has grown from its original small nucleus of key personnel to its current level of approximately 25 employees, and is not only noted for its engineering capabilities, but also for its sensitivity toward community oriented design issues.

Our management system places the client in direct contact with Domenic V. Tutela, PE, the firm's founder and President, assuring prompt and attentive responses to inquires or problems. TEA currently maintains full service offices in Wilmington, Massachusetts and Providence, Rhode Island.
