Joe Casali Engineering, Inc. (JCE) was contracted by Sarchi Group Management and Construction to prepare site development plans and permitting documents for a proposed six-story, 76-room hotel in Providence, Rhode Island.
Associated site improvements include a two-story structured parking deck, a stormwater management system, new utility connections and landscape improvements.
In addition, JCE provided professional geotechnical engineering services.
JCE executed a comprehensive geotechnical exploration program including observation and documentation of three (3) deep (>100') borings.

Site improvements included updated site lighting, landscaping, drainage modifications/updates and circulation improvements for transit buses to servicing the campus.
JCE's responsibilities included preparing plans and documents to facilitate permits from the Providence Planning Department, RI Public Transit Authority (RIPTA), and the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management (RIDEM) Office of Water Resources.
