After being honorably decorated for his service in the Air Force, Captain Curt established Infrastructure Improvement Inc in 2005 as a veteran owned business, to design construction projects that improve commerce, enhance quality of life and conserve resources. Infrastructure Improvement Inc is nationally recognized as a creator of construction plans, policies, and building codes.

This location is centrally located allowing us to easily travel to City, Coastal, and Mountain construction project locations.
We are licensed as a California General Engineering Contractor which certifies us to work as a listed subcontractor for prime contractors on California Public Works projects.
We are also certified as a California Small Business/ Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) which provides incentive credits to Public Agencies contracting our services.
