Hartech Engineering & Consulting, LLC was founded in 2007 as a multi-discipline civil engineering consulting firm providing infrastructure, development and municipal design services for the public and private sectors. The firm is headed by Mark D. Jones, PE who brings over 25 years of engineering expertise along with specific state of the art computer aided technology to achieve efficient, cost saving design solutions.

We are able to provide a variety of aerial mapping and photography services in support of your current or upcoming projects.
The advent of high powered GPS based technology and digital data acquisition allows for the preparation of photogrammetry and photography that traditionally required expensive manned aircraft and crews in a smaller less expensive and lightweight platform.
We are working on applying this technology to other needs met with traditional aerial services.
