ColeBreit provided Mechanical and Plumbing design and engineering services for this 18,000 square foot medical office building in Bend, Oregon.
Plumbing systems included roof drainage, solar hot water, clinic plumbing, and snow melt.
HVAC was provided by packaged rooftop units with single zone units for the second floor (future) tenants and a VAV unit with hot water reheat for the first floor Ophthalmology tenant.
