Services
Cintar became incorporated in Pennsylvania in March of 1983 as an Engineering Firm.
We were first located in Downtown Pittsburgh at 907/909 Penn Avenue with our offices residing on two floors.
Our first projects were in the Steel, Heavy Industrial and Material Handling Industries.
Because the economic conditions in 1983 were quite depressed, our business plan was to develop relationships with companies that, in some cases, eliminated their Engineering Departments as cost reductions.
They contracted Cintar to support their engineering needs on an as-needed basis.

Cintar is a very cost-conscious engineering firm.
Therefore, we always strive for the most cost-effective method of engineering the project or finding the solution to the problem.
Cintar's organizational structure lends itself to efficiency, low-cost/high-value, quick decision-making, and a direct, personal approach to its clients.
