He has over 30 years of design experience.
As the Principal-in-Charge, he oversees the Structural design of commercial and industrial buildings.
He has extensive experience with remodeling, innovative building repair, and design of unique structures.
Lowell has been a college instructor in Engineering Mechanics; he designed spacecraft for the McDonnell Douglas Astronautics Corp.; and he worked for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, European Division in Frankfort, West Germany.
He has over 30 years of design experience.
