McKeon Engineering & Associates

We are committed to providing the highest quality engineering and land development services. We offer services that large companies offer but with the attention to client needs that only a small company can offer. McKeon Engineering & Associates, LLC was started in the summer of 2007 (later reorganized to a corporation). As we all know, the economy was crashing at that time.

We managed to get (and hold onto) clients. We have or have had projects in 10 counties in Florida ranging from simple projects (a gazebo) to Tuffy's Muffler shops (total design and permitting and other engineering services) to churches where we did redesign, to Stormwater Pond re-certification for large retail/mall projects, to complete subdivision design and development.

Our current project list includes a 68+ acre Industrial Business Park located in Davenport just south of Celebration City. We have 2 ongoing subdivision projects and several commercial projects and a large industrial project. Our Staff/Associates/Partners include a GC (General Contractor), a real estate person, 2 Tech/AutoCad/Civil Design persons, a Mechanical Engineer (wind loads and finite element analysis) and several others on a case by case basis.
