Established in 1986, by Donald T. Kan, SKW & Associates has extensive experience in variety of different types of projects including: new construction and modernization of public schools, institutional and government projects, corporate office buildings, shopping centers, master land planning and subdivisions.

We are also licensed general contractors and we feel that this exposure has given us a greater insight into the overall process.
