His project experience includes both renovation and new construction design for multi-family housing, condominiums, schools, office buildings, laboratories, chiller plants, and industrial exhaust systems for both the public and private sector.
Mr. Wells spent 10 years, as a technician, Systems Integrator and Project Manager at one of the largest temperature controls and building automation contractors in the southeast.
His project experience includes both renovation and new construction design for multi-family housing, condominiums, schools, office buildings, laboratories, chiller plants, and industrial exhaust systems for both the public and private sector.
